Hanteks hardware is freaking DIRE. Given that they use standard USB interface IC's, it seems they must go out of their way to DELIBERATELY screw up the installation of drivers, I mean HOW HARD CAN IT BE? Jeez Hantek, sort your shit out before people stop parting with their hard earned money on this crap.

I’m still having problems, currently I cannot find my file name or volume label (maybe not even the directory letter) because it is during setup (which I cannot do without this driver) (it is a WiFi driver because my pc decided to not use wifi anymore after getting Ethernet)

GUYS DO "open CMD" Diskpart "enter" list volume "enter" and you can see the "Ltr" to know your USB Letter and use in the next command to intal the drive one more thing put the .inf file outside all folder (it will be easyer) you one line to write down the file.inf name

For anybody who purchased the Hantek DSO5102P and didn't get an automatic request to install the drivers, but instead was left with a Driver folder on the disc that just had driver files... Go to "Devices Manager" Go to "Other Devices" Try to figure out which of these devices is the oscilloscope Right click -> Update Drivers Browse for drivers already installed on my computer Go to D:\Driver and let it install the drivers from the driver source files.

Thank you very very very very much for this! I tried installing, uninstalling, getting the updated drivers from hantek website, manually going to device manager to update the drivers and nothing was working. Followed your instructions, and finalllly there is a red blinking light!

My driver package has multiple inf files. Can I repeat the process for each one? For some reason the setup.exe file that comes with the driver package does not seem to be working. That’s why this approach is appealing.
